Matthew is Addicted.
We have had 11,203,932,548,350...... OR 13, Pancakes in the last 6 days.
That is more than 2 a day for less than a week people!
On Friday he ate 4.On Saturday, Daddy cooked breakfast, and he ate 2.
On Sunday, 1. (Finally he might have burnt out?)
oh, no.
On Monday he ate 2 and a half.
It gets better:
On Tuesday, he ate 2 for breakfast and then he asked for a peanut butter jelly one as a snack. We have never had them like that before.
On Wednesday, he asked but we convinced him that he ATE THEM ALL.
So, this morning he had eggs, some malt o meal with mom, then an hour later some applesauce (also a slight obsession) and then the dreaded:
"Ces"
A PANCAKE!
And then he ate 1 and a half.
And these are not Small. They are at least 5 inches wide. And if I am absolutely starving in the morning, I can only eat 2, before I feel like I am going to explode.
I can blame Grandma for this one. She is the one that gave him his first taste.
(Oh, and don't worry, we just make at least a double batch every time we make them fresh, and freeze them. I think I would lose my mind if I had to make them from scratch everyday.)
Thanks Grandma! We love PANCAKES! (We will see what Natalie thinks of them...)
