This year, we had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We ate so much food though! I swear, I gained at least 5 pounds. Ha ha. We were able to spend it with both of our families because we are so close. Matthew was surprised by all of the noise at the Banta's house, where we ha 30+ people, so we spent a lot of time in a quiet room upstairs. And, he loved my parents house, and was so full of energy, and so social! He is such a cute little boy. He is starting to talk a lot more now, and smile but it is a rare chance to hear him giggle! We also think that he is starting to teeth! Early.... ugh. Here are some pics from our night.
But, I also have to share that I was the crazy woman you saw outside at 3:30am the next morning, with my sister Erikka, rocking to techno. We did go black friday shopping, spent too much money and had too much fun! I tell myself every year that "I am never going to do that again..." but, I can't beat the rush I get, running through Target at 6am, for a big wheel. Its amazing.
Oh, by the way, Matthew's onesie says " I'm Thankful for Mommy and Daddy"
He thinks that Erikka is the best thing since sliced bread, also. He cracks up at her faces!
